        Mary Beth Rozell is Vice President, Sales Enablement at FinThrive, with responsibilities that include leading operational strategies and acting as liaison to product, marketing and the customer organization. 

        She is also the solution and subject matter expert and ambassador for the FinThrive Learn education platform. After having served in the leadership capacity in the acute and ambulatory HIM space, Rozell transitioned to healthcare IT in 2000 and has transformed Revenue Cycle operations for practices and hospitals across the nation. Rozell attended Penn State World campus as an adult learner and specialized in industrial and organization psychology. She is a member of AHIMA and HFMA
