FinThrive, Inc., a leading healthcare revenue management software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, has appointed Brandon Burnett as Chief Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Officer. In this role, Burnett brings the voice and perspective of healthcare providers directly into FinThrive’s RCM strategy, drawing on more than two decades of experience leading revenue cycle operations within health systems. He joins FinThrive at a pivotal moment as the company deepens its focus on AI-driven innovations that translate frontline provider challenges into strategy, product direction, and market impact.

As Chief RCM Officer, Burnett will help define and execute a provider-centric, end-to-end revenue cycle vision spanning patient access, revenue integrity, and revenue optimization. He will work across FinThrive’s product, technology, and commercial teams to align the company’s strategy with real-world provider workflows. This will help ensure solutions powered by FinThrive Fusion®, its first-of-a-kind AI-powered data intelligence platform, deliver measurable improvements in cost-to-collect, denial prevention and reduction, and operational efficiency.

With 25 years of experience leading end-to-end revenue cycle operations within the healthcare provider space, Burnett most recently served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Community Medical Center. His background also includes senior revenue cycle leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, where he directed patient financial operations and national revenue cycle strategy across multiple regions.
