I like it that FinThrive Contract Manager is a one-stop shop. Everything is in one platform. We get an image of the contract. The modeling piece is wonderful. It is very easy to see the whole picture when we are looking at it from a patient account perspective. One of the greatest features I really like about it is we are able to reprice on the fly on any particular account at any time.

When we are negotiating with insurance companies, we have to be able to do the math, and because I have FinThrive Contract Manager, our math is respected. The solution makes my work accurate, makes my job easier, and gives us respect in our field of work. Also, the system is user friendly. We can hire people, and they don't have to work here very long before they can run models through FinThrive Contract Manager. Without the system, I would be doing everything in Excel, and that would be a lot of work and less accurate.

We rely on FinThrive to know our revenue projections because we don't have our contracts within our EHR. My A/R is at gross. FinThrive Contract Manager is what is cutting my A/R down to set revenue standards. I can forecast through the system as well. FinThrive Contract Manager is part of our long-term plans because our EHR vendor doesn't have the contract modeling the same way FinThrive does.

One thing I like about FinThrive Contract Manager is the speed. Getting reports out of the solution is pretty fast, and the solution runs very fast compared to other tools.
