CHOC and FinThrive have partnered to work on our claims management process and our expected reimbursement. And they've been a great partner giving us some recommendations on how to better manage that.
Being a children's network, we have a lot of problems with managing fee for service AR versus capitated AR, and our partnership with FinThrive that has helped us identify that, what items are required to pay under fee for service, and then those that can be adjusted through capitation. So FinThrive has helped us identify that and redefine our contracts, so that it happens in real time at the time of building.
