      Change Healthcare, one of the vendors through which FinThrive sends claims and eligibility transactions and has other business transactions with, is experiencing a network interruption related to a cybersecurity issue. We were notified swiftly and immediately took steps to cut connectivity with Change Healthcare as a precautionary measure.


      There has been no security impact to FinThrive due to the event. Customers continue to submit files and transactions and use FinThrive products, as normal, with confidence.

      Although there has not been any impact to FinThrive technology or data, we continue to monitor for any threats as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers and their data.
