FinThrive has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Healthcare by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Our values –customer-centric, agile, reliable and engaged – guide us in everything that we do. These values lead us on the path to achieving our purpose, mission and vision.
At FinThrive, you will find a caring culture and a close-knit work family among our 1600+ colleagues. Of those surveyed, 85% said that FinThrive is a great place to work, giving high scores on the company’s credibility, respect and camaraderie.
The following is just a sample of why our colleagues love to be part of the FinThrive team!
We are Colleagues
At FinThrive, we are colleagues not employees. We are equals in our mission, united in a common purpose and we respect each other’s abilities to work toward that purpose.
Our colleagues come from diverse backgrounds across the United States and three different countries. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can be recognized for their achievements. No matter who you are or where you come from, at FinThrive, you’ll always have a seat at the table.
Learning and Development
Not only do we want colleagues to enjoy working here, but we want them to thrive. Learning and development is a pillar to our colleague satisfaction with colleagues receiving access to thousands of self-paced courses and monthly live interactive training sessions.
Most, if not all, companies experienced the shift into the new normal, post-pandemic, and we recognized this as an opportunity to improve. We moved a majority of the workforce into a remote working model full-time following positive results and colleague feedback. They enjoy an environment where they can work from anywhere, allowing them to carry out their role at home, on the road or wherever life takes them.
Work-Life Balance
Essential to both our colleagues’ satisfaction and productivity, is work-life balance. At FinThrive, colleagues have the flexibility and freedom to decide when they want to take off, with our flexible time off program. This ensures everyone has a chance to decompress when a break is needed, never misses out on an important life event or can carry out a passion they have outside of work. We trust our colleagues to take the time they need to recharge and come back to work excited to serve our customers and drive our business forward.
Caring Culture
In the same vein, FinThrive’s Heart & Soul program affords colleagues 40 paid hours a year to work with any 501c3 charity of their choosing. Heart & Soul events are often coordinated by colleagues around the world, allowing many a chance to connect with colleagues in person. Colleagues volunteer their time throughout the year serving their local community.
Our mission, to make the business side of healthcare a frictionless experience for providers, payers and patients, is only achievable by a group of satisfied, focused and united individuals working towards the same end. The inclusion of FinThrive in the Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2022 list by Great Place to Work and Fortune affirms that we are creating a better workplace for our colleagues. Our vision of delivering the industry’s most comprehensive revenue management platform is always within reach if we continue to enable our incredibly talented colleagues to do their best work by creating the best workplace possible for them.
