We moved a majority of the workforce into a remote working model full-time following positive results and colleague feedback.       In the same vein, FinThrive’s Heart & Soul program affords colleagues 40 paid hours a year to work with any 501c3 charity of their choosing. Heart & Soul events are often coordinated by colleagues around the world, allowing many a chance to connect with colleagues in person.
